Company Policy

Cancelation policy:
  1. For Sedan Or SUV: If you choose to cancel your reservation we require that you do so at least 2 hours in advance. otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your trip. In the event that you need to schedule a late pick-up (in the hours between Midnight and 4:00 am, you will be charged an extra $10).
  2. For VAN Or BUS: If you choose to cancel your reservation, we require that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full amount of your trip. The chauffeur inspects each vehicle before, during and after each rental.  In the event of any damages suffered to our vehicle, the customer assumes responsibility for the cost of cleaning and repair.




IMPORTANT:
When you cancel a reservation please make sure that you receive an email cancellation notice which will show your cancellation number, time you cancelled and date. This will assured you that your cancellation was accepted as per our cancellation policy and you will not be charge in FULL PRICE AS CONTRACTED.

What if I can’t find my Driver?
IF you do not see your driver at the pick-up point established on your reservation DO NOT LEAVE the spot before calling our office (IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL US, must call 1 (888) 508-9996 ¬†provided on your confirmation). If you LEAVE THE PICK-UP LOCATION without calling us you will be CHARGED for the full price of the ride contracted.
