FTS Testimonials and Reviews

“FTS is on my speed dial. I'm a freelance reporter here in Washington, DC and I put every client needing transportation into an FTS sedan. The drivers are prompt, courteous, and professional; cars are immaculate. Consistently excellent service. I am a happy corporate customer.”

“I had a confirmed pick-up from Uber the night before our flight out of IAD but at 7:15 am, 15 minutes after the scheduled time, Uber notified me... No Driver Available. So I called Fadel, who saved the day. He reassured me that we would not miss our flight. Fadel contacted a driver and within 40 minutes a beautiful black Suburban was coming down our street. The driver was impeccably dressed in a black suite and fedora. The driver immediately put all of us at ease with his take charge/no worries attitude, he even handled the curb side luggage details at the airport. Fadel was contacting me every step of the way, either with a text or a call to make sure we got to IAD with no trouble. FTS turned my bad situation around to be an experience of a life time. We will always look back on the day we moved from Haymarket, VA to San Francisco, CA with fondness because of Fadel and our Sam, The Driver Extraordinaire. ...and the price was less than what Uber would have charged!”

“I used FTS for transportation for a bachelorette party and everything was wonderful from start to finish. Fadel was responsive the entire time and the rates were VERY reasonable. He was on time the morning of and made sure we had everything we needed to have a perfect day. He was professional but still very friendly which we appreciated. The sprinter van was spacious & clean and was a very comfy ride out to Virginia wine country. Overall I would highly recommend FTS Transportation for any event you have, large or small...you won't be disappointed!!”

“They truly deliver fast transportation. After calling for a ride, the driver (Mr. Guedira) arrived at the promised time and even allowed for transportation to a changed destination. I am VERY impressed and will definitely call any time I need a city car. Highly recommended service.”

“It makes me so happy to know that Fadel and company are going to take me to the airport and bring me home. Prompt, courteous, thoughtful, clean and efficient (they know the best routes) -- it takes a lot of the stress out of the airport drama. “I have been a regular customer of FTS for approximately 5 years. During this time I have made many trips, both personal and business, where I have relied upon FTS to take me to or from an airport or train station. FTS is ALWAYS on time. That is critical for me - knowing that I can make a reservation and that they will be there on time. In addition, I know the FTS car will be clean. Finally and just as importantly the FTS drivers are friendly - always a good conversation. I can highly, highly recommend FTS. First class service from friendly professionals.”

“I've been riding with Fadel for over a year now, and the customer service experience has been fantastic. Sets up on a moment's notice, always on time, cars are high quality and clean, and the service is personal and attentive. Have used many car services and his is by far the best.”

“I have been using FTS for about a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say about them. Fadel and his team are prompt, professional, and always courteous. They are the only car service that I will use in the Washington D.C. area and I continue to recommend them to my colleagues who travel for business. Keep up the great work!!”

“FTS is extremely professional, courteous and understands its customers. I find the entire experience elegant and efficient. They meet my needs, from quick airport runs to nights out. As an example of how above and beyond FTS will go - we had an overseas trip and needed our carseat to get out to Dulles. FTS arrived early to put our carseat into the car, and kept the carseat for us until it was time to pick us back up two weeks later. You certainly can't do that with more impersonal services.”

“I have been a client of Fast Transportation for several years, and have been extremely satisfied with their services. They are always punctual and friendly. I highly recommend this service.”

I really can not emphasize enough the terrific service that I have always received from FTS - always prompt for pick ups, super clean vehicles and friendly drivers. I would not think about using anyone else. They are really that good....superb service in every way.”
